Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping within India is complimentary on all orders above ₹10,000. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- As each Paher piece is made-to-order, please allow 15–20 days from order confirmation for your garment to be shipped. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries typically reach you within 5-7 business days.
Return & Exchange
- We offer exchanges in case any quality/product or size issues.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Any complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased.
- We do not offer returns on made-to-order pieces.
